How our products are made

Our fruit is initially quick frozen and kept at -40’C to capture shape and quality. Moisture is then removed in an atmosphere-controlled vacuum at low temperatures, a process known as sublimation.

Very nice

I received a small package of these in a food subscription box and loved them so I ordered a bigger bag. I’m using them a lot, mainly just in water with ice but they taste really good. Much better than dehydrated. Looking forward to trying the lemon next time.

How long will the products last once opened?

Once opened we recommend using the fruit within the first 3 months to get the best out of our products. Can you imagine how fresh strawberries would look in the fridge after 3 months?
Do these products taste the same as fresh fruit?

No, it's better! The freeze drying process preserves the taste and aromas of the produce for an even stronger taste.
Do these products decline with age?
